We all hope so!! I've read an article that said the devs of KZ2 were supposedly forced to play COD4 until they were "sick" (prob an over exaggeration) to make this game better than COD4 (especially the online component). I have a feeling this is going to be one stellar game!! If you love FPS's that is.

Plus Thaiboy77 told me what he though about it, and it sounds excellent.

It is pretty good. Would not say as good as COD4, but if you are sick of playing COD4 till your eyes and hands bleed, any game that comes along that's not rubbish will be a breath of fresh air and appear awesome... The varied game modes that blend into a single online campaign make it really cool. The Squad system is very cool as well.

Why do you say it isn't as good as COD4? Are you referring to something specifically like graphics or in general?

It's good, the graphics are very good... the Squad and Voice comms is very good.. but I think COD hit at the right time and gained a huge following. I don't like the FOV in Killzone... It's a much harder game to play as well and I'm still getting used to the different controller mapping to COD4 and BF....

I could be wrong but I think that a lot of the following for COD4 has to do with the timing of the game.

KZ has had COD to build on in terms of game play of format and then they've added more. I think that the graphics are def a step of from COD.

I agree with Maxim, it is a difficult game to play.
