I am really stoked man! I love shows like these. I was really disappointed when Rome came to an end, I wanted them to stretch it for at least 1 more season. This is gonna Rock!... cant wait.

Given the lavish sets and and amazing production values, I too was bitterly disappointed that Rome couldn't continue - there was so much history there. Which reminds me, I should buy the series on Blu-ray.
Spartacus looks very good indeed. I believe it's going to air January 22nd in the U.S.

I think I will buy the BD of Rome as well.
 Yeah 22nd and I don't think I can wait for it to release here, which would be a minimum of 3-4 months from now. I will download it and see if it lives up to the hype.

Well I've watched the first episode and I must say - It was very 300ish. They overused the slow-motion effect and MY GOD the blood splatter effects are LOL stuff! I was laughing the whole time!
 Arguably the rudest show on TV with Full frontal nudity; Soft-porn material accompanied by gruesome violence.
